Take a scenic drive across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and shop the many outlet malls on the Eastern Shore. Head to Ocean City and walk the boardwalk while enjoying the sunset. Endulge yourself & taste some saltwater taffy! Afterward, head south to see the wild horses at Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge and Assateague Island National Seashore.
Horseback riding during autumn is spectacular in Gunpowder Falls State Park, Elk Neck State Park, & Rocks State Park.
Enjoy Baltimore's Inner Harbor. Shop, visit the aquarium, and taste the famous blue crabs from Chesapeake Bay. ESPN has a sports bar, ESPN Zone, on the water front. Enjoy a Ravens or Orioles game at Camden Yards. If you love Italian food, visit Little Italy just a few blocks from Inner Harbor.
Maryland also offers The Northern Central Railroad Trail. The trail extends from Cockeysville to York, PA, forty miles.
